Salary on application Church Farm is a Rare Breed Animal Centre which is open to the public
all year round. We have an excellent reputation for our homemade cakes
and the kitchen serves a variety of lunches. We serve a homemade soup
every day, homemade childrens’ picnics, and a varying adult meal
depending on the season. We occasionally also do a roast lunch on a
Sunday. We also do a variety of fillings for wraps, rolls and baguettes. All our food is made to order and sometimes we get extremely busy. Our
cook needs to be well organized and cope well with pressure at busy
times. We have a very friendly group who serve tea and cake and take
orders for lunch at the front of the open kitchen while the cook works
at the back. We are looking for a cook who is not necessarily highly
qualified but who fits in with the way Church Farm works.
Church Farm is a young and growing enterprise, still developing the
kitchen and the menus. We are always open to suggestions and will work
alongside someone who will enhance the already excellent reputation of
Church Farm food. Contact Elizabeth Esse, Rachel Wootton or William Esse
