We have to freeze all our meat, but if you would like
½ a lamb, or ½ a pig, please let us know and you can have it jointed and
fresh.
All our meat is slaughtered locally (Gayton), and as
you know our animals are very well looked after at Church Farm and then
taken on a 20 minute journey, in our own transport to be slaughtered –
