Birthday Parties

If you would like to hold your party at Church Farm, this is what you need to know.

Church Farm Party

£27 per child – All children aged 1 or over (min 10 children)

To include:-

  • Entrance to the whole of Church Farm for 1 day from 10am – 5pm.
  • Exclusive use of our large party room from either 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm.
  • Birthday buffet – ham, cheese & jam sandwiches, crisps, cucumber & carrot sticks, mini sausage rolls, cheesy circles, small cakes, chocolate cornflake cakes & unlimited squash.
  • 2 free adults for the birthday child and 1 free adult per child attending the party.
  • 1 free tractor ride for up to 36 people (time to be arranged).
  • Free tea & coffee for the adults. (We can provide adult food at an extra cost.)
  • £5.00 voucher for the birthday child to spend in the gift shop on the day.
  • A birthday card from Church Farm.
  • An animal encounter just for the party children (time to be arranged).
  • “Church Farm birthday party” invitation template which can be printed at home.

Notes:-

A £50.00 non-returnable deposit is required on booking.

All extra adults will be charged at £11.

Tractor rides are not included for parties booked in our winter season, between November and mid March, so you have the option of a birthday cake instead.

Birthday cakes are available – We do either a chocolate or vanilla fully iced Victoria sponge piped with “Happy Birthday”  They serve 8 – 12 people. Please ask for prices when booking.

** We cannot hold parties on the following dates:-  21st/22nd Oct, 28th/29th Oct or any day in December until 27th Dec. – these dates are subject to change, and more dates may be added.**
